公衆衛生学Epidemiology and Public Health
研究室概要
当教室では開設以来、疾病の成因解明、医療の評価に関する疫学研究を中心として行ってきた。個別のテーマとしては、がん、循環器疾患などの生活習慣病、カドミウムやダイオキシンに関する環境保健、産業医学、先天異常の疫学、難病の疫学など多岐にわたる。
医療情報に関する大規模データベースの構築が進捗しつつある今、疫病予防の推進や適切な医療の提供を行う上で疫学の果たす役割はますます大きくなっている。疫学、予防医学、疾病対策に関心がある方のご連絡をお待ちしています。
